Will I have a bad trip?

In my experience, what people often call a “bad trip” usually happens when they approach this work without proper preparation, guidance, or reverence — treating it as a recreational experience rather than a sacred process.

When you enter this ceremony with sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to meet yourself, what arises is rarely bad. It may be intense or emotional, but those moments often hold the deepest healing.

That’s why I take great care to ensure every participant is prepared and supported — emotionally, spiritually, and physically. From screening and intention-setting to music, environment, and integration support, every detail is designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and guided throughout your journey.

Are mushrooms safe?

Mushrooms are physiologically safe. There have been no confirmed cases of deaths from psilocybin toxicity; a lethal dose would require you to eat somewhere around half your bodyweight of fresh psilocybin mushrooms. With the right mindset and setting, mushrooms are perfectly harmless, even in moderate to strong doses. Only by mixing psilocybin and other substances, consuming mushrooms in an unsafe environment, or taking them at some really fragile point in time can they may cause overwhelm.

What can I expect after?

For many people, the time just after their first magic mushroom experience feels like a new beginning. You may have been given a new purpose in life; or perhaps just reminded of the one you’ve always had.

In many ways, magic mushrooms put you at the start of a new road. There will always be so much more to learn, so many more ways to change, and so much more healing to do..

What is integration?

iIntegration is where the real healing happens.

The ceremony opens the door — but integration is how you walk through it. It’s the process of weaving your insights, emotions, and realizations back into daily life.

Without integration, a ceremony can feel like a beautiful dream. With integration, it becomes a turning point. It’s absolutely necessary to make an intentional effort to integrate what you’ve experienced into your life.

This process unfolds over time — sometimes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes years — yet the shifts are often felt immediately after the experience.

Integration may look like:

  • Making different choices in relationships

  • Creating new habits that support your peace

  • Speaking your truth instead of suppressing it

  • Reconnecting with your body, nature, and spirit

How often do you recommend these ceremonies?

I recommend no more than three ceremonies a year, spaced months apart. This work is not meant to be habitual or dependent. Each ceremony offers deep insight — and it takes time to integrate what you receive. The real transformation happens after the ceremony, in how you live, relate, and choose differently. These journeys are not an escape from life — they’re an invitation to engage with life more fully, with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Are these ceremonies outdoors?

No — these ceremonies are held indoors, in a safe and contained space. Because ultimately, the real journey is within. This isn’t about “tripping out,” watching nature move, or chasing visuals. It’s about turning inward — into your heart, your body, your emotions — and allowing what’s been buried to be seen and released. The space is intentionally curated to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply present with yourself.

Ceremony or Microdosing?

A ceremony is the heart of this work — the deep dive. Many describe it as the equivalent of five or more years of therapy in one day. It allows you to access and release what’s been stored beneath the surface — emotions, memories, and patterns that talking alone can’t always reach.

However, not everyone is ready for that level of intensity right away. That’s where microdosing comes in.

Microdosing offers a gentle, consistent way to begin working with the medicine — cultivating awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation over time.

It’s also a beautiful way to continue your relationship with the medicine after ceremony — helping you integrate insights, maintain clarity, and stay connected to your truth.

Both paths lead to transformation. It just depends on where you are in your journey and what kind of support your spirit is asking for.
